Booking

Please do read the following carefully because by booking your place on an online or in person course with The Business of Selling Flowers, you agree to the workshop terms and conditions.

Data Protection 

We use a programme to password protect our course files, we will only take data of your name and email address for this, which will be held securely. We will never ask you for your password. Your email address may be used to send you information about other courses from The Business of Selling Flowers, and information that may help your flower business, but you may unsubscribe at any time.

Payments & Refunds

Due to the nature of online courses there will be no refunds once you have entered the course. Please ensure that you are committed to taking part and have the time and correct computer equipment to do so. If you choose to make payments in instalments (where offered) it is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate funds to cover the payments, and that you note the dates they will be taken

Copyright

All course material, workshop content and marketing literature is protected by copyright.

While we are very happy for you to print off, annotate and generally write all over the notes from the courses, you may not share them with others.

Course Length

Our Online courses are available through our password protected website. The Business of Growing flowers course will be available to access until 1st August 2024, . Our Shorter courses will also be available to access until at least 1st August 2024. We will give you notice by email if the website or your log-in details change.
